The art of living on the French Riviera

The Maritime Alps, treasure of the Mediterranean….

Antibes, Juan-Les-Pins, as Graham Greene said,

“The only city on the coast that has managed to keep its soul so well“

Antibes : Fascinating city, timeless…

By the sea, the old Antibes is surrounded by ramparts, harbours many treasures.

Created by the Greeks and developed by the Romans, devastated by the barbarins, then fortified under Henry IV and LouisXIV, you will appreciate the beauty of its medieval village, its seaside ramparts, its famous Port Vauban, its Grimaldi Castle housing the famous Picasso Museum, its Cathedral, and not to mention its famous provencal market.

Outside the old fortified town you will find the Vauban Port, the Fort Carré, and the Garoupe lighthouse.

The old town of Antibes is a fascinating city, timeless, full of poems, where you can take the time to stroll through the alleys, to discover many small shops and workshops that offer gourmet products or objects that do not leave you indifferent.

Feel free to take a break, enjoy a famous “pissaladière“, have a drink on a sunny terrace or in the hidden gardens for lunch and then, at the bend in the street, admire the blue water of the Mediterranean.

Juan-Les-Pins : The seaside resort, created in 1882, the most appreciated at the seaside….

No other Côte d’Azur city offers as many diverse and constrasting charms as Juan-Les-Pins.

In the summer, the small town comes alive and becomes an essential tourist attraction, with 25km of sunny and shaded beaches, a large number of shops open until midnight (summer), numerous restaurants, cafés, casinos and discotheques.

Everything is in place to make this city a place for holidays or celebrations.

While strolling, let youself be seduced by its typical architecture, admiring the Belles Rives and its furniture of the 1930s, the Villa La Vigie, the Juana classified as a historical monument, not to mention the Port Gallice which embraces the bay of the city, as well as the Exflora park which allows you to discover more than 330 plant species and to finish, the “Pinede“ place liked by children, walkers, petanque lovers and which welcomes each year, in July, its famous Jazz festival.

Cap d’Antibes : an enchaning site….

Separated from Juan-les-Pins / Antibes, The Cap d‘Antibes is an enchanting site with its adorable coves and pine forest. The small beaches of Cap d’Antibes never lack charm, they will allow you to discover the seabed with a mask and snorkel.

Beautiful walks await you, where you will discover the most beautiful residence of The French Riviera.

Escape through the coastal path, called the “Tirepoil“ at the extreme south of the Cap d’Antibes (5km). You will pass near the Château de la Garoupe, which was constructed in 1907, and if you are passionate about the ark, do not hesitate any more and discover the smuggler’s path, a 90 minute walk, which will offer you a breathtaking panoramic view of the Coast.
